Although coins are generally immediately visible in your wallet, it is possible to experience a delay. The most common reasons for this are:

  1. You have not completed your account verification of email, telephone number and bankaccount. You are still able to complete this via our website. If you are not able to trace your order please contact us and we will be glad to help you out.
  2. Certain online wallets require 6 confirmations before coins become visible. A confirmation means that the transaction has been verified by the network and can (almost) never be reversed. (With each confirmation, the risk of reversing the transaction is reduced.)
  3. Your order is held for cooling-down. Please read our article about the cooling-down period.
  4. The coinaddress you provided us with is incorrect.
